Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me, and I understand that unexpected situations may arise. However, to provide the best service for all clients, the following cancellation policy is in place:
• Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service fee.
• No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will also be charged 20% of the scheduled service fee.
The cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file or must be paid prior to booking a future appointment.
